HOW TO COMPUTE A GRADE POINT AVERAGE (GPA)
1. Total the "equivalents" from the list above for each grade received.
(4.33 for each A+, 2.00 for each C, 0.00 for each E, etc.)
2. Divide this total by the number of grades or equivalents included
and round to 2 decimal places.
Fall Semester grades A, B+, B-, C+ 4.00+3.33+2.67+2.33 = 12.33
Fall GPA = 12.33/4 = 3.08
Spring Semester grades B-, C+, C, D-, E 2.67+2.33+2.00+0.67+0.00 = 7.67
Spring GPA = 7.67/5 = 1.53
Cumulative GPA 12.33+7.67 = 20.00/9 or 2.22
