Menus and Navigation

The PeopleSoft main menu will appear after you log in.

To access FACSIS teaching and advising information, click the Self-Service link. This opens the Self-Service Main Menu. You may see additional Human Resources links on the Self-Service Main Menu.

To navigate, you can click links on the left to open up submenus, or you can click on the links available under the main menu display. If you become lost, click the Self-Service link in the left menu bar to return to the Main Menu.

• The Faculty Center displays class section information for any teaching faculty; administrative advisors and academic department staff will have no information displayed.
• The Advisor Center provides a set of pages
  • a list of all assigned first-year and sophomore advisees, or a search for information for other students.
  • Class schedules, mid-term and final grades and exam schedules
  • access to remove holds, address, phone and e-mail information
  • academic information including declared majors and concentrations, grade and GPA information
• Links under the Student Info and Holds menu include photos, links to request APR's and Transcripts and another path to remove advising holds. 
• Query reports for class lists and enrollment and for majors/concentrations are available under the Queries and Form submenu.

Once you navigate to either the Faculty Center or Advisor Center, you can move between tabs without needing to return to the main menu.

MY FAVORITES and Menu Navigation:

It may be more useful for you to link to your commonly accessed pages under My Favorites:

Once you have navigated to a page that you want to save in My Favorites, click the Add to Favorites link in the upper right of the screen.

In the Add to Favorites page that pops up, edit the page name if you wish and click OK.

Once added, you can navigate to the page from the opening left menu bar by clicking My Favorites and clicking the page name.
