Winter Study 99 Project for January 2017
We remind you that you must submit your 99 form electronically.
You need to complete, review, revise and submit the form in ONE SESSION from a computer where you can ACCESS A PRINTER (local or network). We would suggest you draft your responses in a word processed document and then cut and paste into this form.
After entering the information into the form, select "file" "print" from the menu bar. Review/revise the information until it's ready to be submitted. Once your form is ready for submission to your faculty sponsor, select the "submit" button at the bottom of the form (this automatically submits the document to the Registrar's Office). Then print TWO hard copies (1 for yourself and 1 to BRING to your faculty sponsor). ONLINE 99 FORM.
If you are applying for financial aid, you will also need to submit a FINANCIAL AID FORM.
99 Financing: There are no college funds to support 99 projects other than those provided to financial aid students. Reimbursements are provided between 10-100% of the proposed costs, no more than $500, based on the student's level of financial need. Students receive notification of the percentage of their eligibility in late September.
Lastly, you need to have your sponsor fill out the Faculty Sponsor Form (ONLINE FORM)
