Winter Study SELFREG Instructions
Log in to PeopleSoft/SELFREG:
If you have logged in to PeopleSoft before, but now have login problems, check the login problems page.
If you cannot connect to the login page, check our browser tips.
Registration times - SELFREG will open for the first phase of WSP registration at 9:00am, Wednesday, October 19. It will close at 8:00AM on Monday, October 24. We will begin processing WSP choices early Monday morning, 10/24; if you miss the deadline, you will have to wait until all first choice decisions have been made and then select from courses remaining open.
Checking for holds – any advising or registration holds will prevent you from adding courses. To check for holds, navigate Self Service > Student Center. Any advising or registration holds will be indicated under the Holds section. Click for specific information on any holds listed.
Adding your WSP choice. Navigate to Self-Service>Enrollment > Enrollment:Add Classes, and select the Winter Study 2012 term. Once in the enrollment pages, you can add, drop, swap, search for classes, or check your class schedule without needing to navigate back to the Self Service or Enrollment menu. 
Adding a Class.
- Navigate to the Add Classes page.
- Depending on what path you took to the Add Classes page, you may first see a Term Select array or you may be on the Add Classes page. On the Add Classes page, check the term to make sure it is Winter Study 2012. If not, click
to go to the Term Select array. Click Winter Study 2012 and click .
for a class to add and , or enter the Class Nbr. Class Numbers are listed on the website directory under the Winter Study, Class Hours link.
- On the Enrollment Preferences page, click
.
- Once the class you want to add is in your Shopping Cart, click
. (If a class is in the Shopping Cart that you don’t want to submit, click the trash can to delete it before proceeding.)
- Confirm your add and click
.
- Check for Success
or Errors . If you don’t understand an error message, contact the Registrar’s Office.
- Check your Class Schedule to confirm your enrollment.
Changing your WSP choice. If you have second thoughts about the course you’ve selected, you can drop that course and add another any time before the 10/24, 8:00am deadline.
Dropping Classes.
- Navigate to the Drop Classes page.
- Depending on what path you took to the Drop Classes page, you may first see a Term Select array or you may be on the Drop Classes page. On the Drop Classes page, check the term to make sure it is Winter Study 2012. If not, click
to go to the Term Select array. Click Winter Study 2012 and click .
- Click the Select Box to the left of the course you wish to drop and click
.
- Confirm your drop, then click
.
- Check for Success
or Errors .
- Check your Class Schedule to confirm your current schedule.
Swapping Classes.
- Navigate to the Swap Classes page.
- Depending on what path you took to the Swap Classes page, you may first see a Term Select array or you may be on the Swap Classes page. On the Swap Classes page, check the term to make sure it is Winter Study 2012. If not, click
to go to the Term Select array. Click Winter Study 2012 and click .
- Your current WSP choice will be selected in the
section.
- Search for a new class or enter a class number under the
section.
- On the Enrollment Preferences page, click
.
- Confirm the swap and click
.
- Check for Success
or Errors . If there are errors, neither the drop nor the add have been processed. You may want to drop the course you intended separately, or if the swap did not work your choice may be to stay where you are. If you don’t understand the error message, contact the Registrar’s Office.
- Check your Class Schedule to confirm your enrollment.
Viewing the Schedule of Classes – If you need to browse for courses in PeopleSoft, use the Search tab in the Enrollment panels, ornavigate Self-Service>Student Center and click or navigate Self Service > Class Search/Browse Catalog > Class Search. Select Winter Study 2012 for the term if it is not defaulted. Detailed information on class searches is available on the Registrar’s website, SELFREG link.
