Finance

• Financial Industry Interactive Inbox (finbox) currently lists just under 40,000 jobs and internships specifically in the financial industry. "The site offers suggestions for getting hired within these companies and has over 30,000 salaries listed, providing a competitive and knowledgeable edge. Finbox.com also maintains partnerships with Financial Industry Recruiters who are regular blog writers posting to our site - imparting their knowledge on how to get hired both in the interview process and in the presentation of their resume."
• OneWire Finance: Precise Career Connections - Remain anonymous while searching for a position or just information on what's out there. Upload your profile and define your parameters for the types of firms and opportunities you are willing to consider, and OneWire will filter out the rest. Preferences can include firms, location, compensation range, number of employees, and assets under management. Hiring managers establish their own criteria and search for candidates who are ranked by percent match. It's up to you whether you continue or decline.

Programs of Interest

• InRoads - Places qualified minority college students in two-four year internships with corporate sponsors in business and industry
• Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) - A premier summer internship program for college students of color, with internships in accounting, asset management, corporate law. global financial leadership, investment banking and management consulting, and philanthropy.
• Starting Bloc - Partnering with top business schools, Starting Bloc is a non-profit that provides training in socially responsible entrepreneurship and business practices. Fellows attend four weekend-long training sessions in Boston, New York or London. A number of Williams students participated in the Boston program in Spring 06.
