As a reminder, faculty should administer the SCS BEFORE the end
of classes. This facilitates the timely analysis and return of
results to you and your colleagues. You should reserve about ten

Message details:
As a reminder, faculty are required to administer the SCS in all
regular-semester courses with >1 enrollment, with the exception of labs,
independent studies, honors theses, and EXPR-prefixed courses. SCS is to
be fielded before the end of classes.
You should reserve about ten minutes at the end of one of your final
classes to administer the SCS. Additional time should be allotted for
written comments if you choose to distribute the blue sheets.
The SCS must be administered BEFORE the end of classes, not over reading
period, and not during finals. This facilitates the timely analysis and
return of results to you and your colleagues. Further, the SCS must be
administered in a neutral (e.g. classroom) setting. Not "take home" and
not during an end-of-term social get-together.
