What exactly is a hate crime and what is not? How are they to be handled
when they are experienced on college campuses, such as ours? US Attorney
for the District of Massachusetts, Carmen Ortiz, will explore this crucial
issue for our community and share her statewide efforts at building
advocacy and awareness.
Carmen Ortiz, U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, is the
first Hispanic and the first woman to represent Massachusetts as United
