Each year a number of Williams students conduct research abroad during Winter Study. This January, four Williams students were in Lebanon and Turkey and therefore were able to gain insights into the ever changing political developments in the Middle East in the post-Arab Spring Era. The students will talk about their research and offer general assessments of the political and cultural situation in the Middle East.
