Screening of "No Impact Man" this Sunday
TNG will be screening "No Impact Man" in Paresky Auditorium at
2:00 pm on Sunday 4/7. The documentary is about Colin Beavan and
his family, who for one year tried a carbon-cleanse lifestyle
experiment in New York City, in which they ate only local food,
created no trash, walked or biked everywhere they went, and more.

The movie tagline: For one year, Colin Beavan and his family unplugged from
the electrical grid, produced no trash, traveled exclusively by foot or
bike, and bought nothing except food (all of it locally grown). By the
end, they discovered something surprising: living simply wasn't just good
for the environment; it made them healthier, happier, and richer in ways
they'd never expected.
