to learn how to feel less stressed, more focused, able to take the
challenges we face in stride? Join Karen Theiling and Julia Gottlieb in a
weekly group to learn mindfulness and techniques to boost wellness, reduce
stress, and start and maintain a regular mindfulness and meditation
practice that works for you.
2. "Improving Relationships Group". This weekly psychotherapy group
provides an opportunity to improve our relationships by understanding
ourselves and others. It is open to any student wanting to work on
relationships of all sorts (i.e. familial, romantic, social etc.) or to
explore the relational dimensions to areas of concern. Facilitated by Paul
Gitterman and Rachael Honig.
