Recruit Williams students for full-time or internship opportunities through the Route 2 recruiting database or expand your search to include thousands of other students through the UCAN internship consortia.

Route 2 - Recruiting Williams students Only (See log-in at right.)

The Route 2 System, powered by NACElink, allows you to post jobs and internships, request information session dates, and manage your on-campus recruiting activities. There is no fee to post a job or internship for Williams students or to recruit on campus. The multi-school posting feature does require a fee.

University Career Action Network - UCAN (See log-in at right.)

The UCAN internship consortia reaches thousands of students at 21 highly selective colleges and universities including Williams, Harvard, Brown, Princeton, and the University of Chicago. There is no cost to post your internship with UCAN. Please be sure to select Williams College as your school affiliation.
