Session Overview

1. Earnings Phase: Complete simple tasks to earn tokens
2. Payout Phase: Tokens converted into cash payments
   • Maximum of 4 rounds, each 2 weeks apart.
   • Round 1 is today.
   • Between rounds: You find out if you survive to the next round.
   • If you survive to a round, you receive tokens you earned. Your tokens converted to a cash payment to you.
   • If you do not survive, the study ends. You do not continue to any further round.
   • There is no need to do anything after today.
