The Alternate Option: An Example

Suppose Participant Earned 60 Tokens.

• If Participant chooses Alternate Option, she has 40 tokens to distribute
• Suppose she distributes 10 tokens to each round
• Suppose she has reached round 2
• If she survives to Round 3: She receives value of 43 tokens
  • 10 tokens distributed plus 33
• If she does not survive to Round 3: Her charity receives value of 20 tokens
  • These are the tokens she allocated to rounds 3 and 4
