Transcripts, Enrollment Verification Certificates, Replacement Diplomas and Student Records

An official transcript is a copy of a student's permanent academic record.

Prior to receiving their degree, it includes a student’s legal name, class year, courses taken at Williams and Williams affiliated programs and the assigned grades, transfer credit toward the degree (specific courses and grades are not posted), dates of attendance, and semester and cumulative grade point averages (GPA), dean’s list if appropriate.

After the degree is awarded, it also includes their degree, date of graduation, major(s), concentration(s) and awards and honors received.
