HOW DO YOU DO IT?
Dealing with daily acute as well as recurrent chronic stressors is something that we have somehow learned to do, to some degree, at this point in our lives. Yet, there is no harm in learning more ways to deal and determining with options work best for which situations. Two major kinds of solutions are problem-focused coping and emotional focused coping. Do you know the difference?

Laughing decreases your heart rate and blood pressure, releases endorphins, lowers cortisol levels, engages others to join in, and plus, it makes you look and feel in control: "Hey! I can laugh at myself! IÕm going to get through this!" (Friedman lecture, 2001)
