Sleep Disorders

by Samantha Goldman and Jasmine Smith

Sleep is a very basic aspect of your daily routine. But how much do you actually think about the impacts it has on your mind and body? None of us could survive without sleep. In fact, adults are supposed to get an average of eight hours of sleep a night. College students in particular find this to be a challenge among their academic and extracurricular activities, and few make it a priority. In addition to the sleep problems encountered by the average individual, many people must deal with one of more chronic sleep disorders that can have severe impacts on their life.
