Problem Set 8, - there are two data available
for this exercise. One dataset, ps8.xls, has
monthly indices for a large set of countries. The other dataset, daily.xls,
hasdaily data for a much smaller set of countries and a shorter period
of time. Chose one of the two datasets for this problem set. Laura, Rob
and Stefan, you may need to chose another country for this exercise because
the data for Romania is sketchy and the data for Belarus and Moldova nonexistent.
