Warning: these notes are a modified version of notes I wrote awhile ago. The cardinal sin is committed: MSWORD
is used. Some of the figures are not properly converted in the .html files. I've saved the word files in an older version
so it should be compatible with any Microsoft system. The left side are the files in HTML.
